Renting in Saltaire

This renovated Saltaire cottage has been updated for the way we live today.  There is a sunny front porch which provides a lovely place to read and reflect. The living room has two seating areas centered by the TV and fireplace.  The new, all white kitchen with a gas range is open to the living area and the dining table which comfortably seats eight. 

On the back of the house, a large, sunny deck is set up for dining and lounging.  There is a beautiful retractable awning for the afternoon sun assuring comfort in to the evening hours.  

All the bedrooms in the house are air conditioned.  There is a bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed.  Upstairs there are two bedrooms with queen beds, a fourth bedroom with a twin with a trundle and the fifth bedroom has a set of bunks and a twin.  There is a spacious "bonus" room upstairs; a hang out space for adults and/or children set up with another TV.  Also air conditioned.  

this is a very comfortable house located in the heart of the Village of Saltaire just steps to the bay/ferry, the downtown including the market and other Saltaire amenities....yet just a five minute walk up to the beach.
