This comfortable one level Fire Island cottage is located on an ocean block in Saltaire. The open concept living/dining and kitchen areas are bright and airy.  There are fresh furnishings and decor throughout.  

There are five bedrooms in the main house and 3 baths. The full bath has a bathtub perfect for toddlers and babies needing that evening bath.  Tile floors and windows throughout keep this house cool all summer.

There is also a guest house with it's own full bath.  There is air conditioning throughout the house and in the guest house too.  

The house's best feature?  The oversized private and sunny deck. When you return to this house from the beach you will welcome the serenity offered by the properties' surrounding trees and flowers.

The charming and private guest house has a queen bed, it's own kitchenette and full bath is the perfect extra room for family or a nanny.

In the main house, bedroom #1 and # 2 each has a queen sized bed; bedroom #3 and # 4 each has a set of twin beds  and bedroom # 5has a set of bunk beds. 

There is a full sized bed in the guest house.
