Located in the heart of the Village of Saltaire, convenient to the beach, the bay beach, the ferry, library and playground, this house has a screened porch, living/dining area, kitchen and one bedroom on the main floor.  Whitewashed throughout, the furnishings are light and airy.  The bedroom on the first floor has a full sized bed. There is also a half bath on the first floor. 

Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a sleeping porch which the kids will fight over.  The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, bedroom # 3 has a queen bed, bedroom # 4 has a set of bunks and the sleeping porch has a set of twin beds. 

There is air conditioning in three of the bedrooms.
