This cottage is simple, immaculate and comfortable. Located within steps of a quiet and private beach, the house has two decks. The rear deck is set up for lounging. The side deck, out side the kitchen door, offers ample room to enjoy summer meals. 

The living/dining/kitchen area is open with comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped.  There are ceiling fans and standing fas throughout the house.  

The Master Bedroom has a queen bed and it's own half bath.  Bedroom # 2 also has a queen sized bed. The third bedroom has a set of twin beds.   The fourth bedroom, which is in a separate "guest house" has a set of couches which convert in to twin beds.  There is a "bonus" room in the attic which has air conditioning and three twin mattresses.
