This Fair Harbor Cottage is immaculate and has everything you need to enjoy your Fire Island vacation.  Enjoy cool summer nights or a quiet summer morning on the screened porch.  The screened porch opens to a deck set up for barbecuing and dining.  Inside the house, there is a large room with comfortable seating.  There is a Kitchen Island for casual dining.  Grab a quick bite and race back out to the beach!  

There are three bedrooms.  One bedroom has a queen bed; bedroom # 2 and # 3 each have a full sized bed.  There are a set of twin beds in a fourth bedroom where the washer and dryer are set up.    This budget friendly house has air conditioning in the living room and one of the bedrooms.  If you want to rent a simple, clean beach house, this is an excellent choice.
