Fair Harbor Beach House one off the ocean ready for summer!  This summer cottage has a deck facing the ocean. You may not want to leave the deck and take the 40 steps to get to the beach. 

The house has an open living and dining area.  The kitchen is set off on it's own.  There are two bedrooms on the main level.  One bedroom has a queen bed.  The other has a set of twins. 

Upstairs there are two bunk rooms, each with a set of twins.  There are air conditioning units is each of the bedrooms upstairs.  

This is the quintessential Fair Harbor beach house.
