This vacation home has a terrific location for a young family; just a few minutes walk to the beach, the playground and the bay beach.  In addition, because it is a two story house there is plenty of privacy once the kids have gone to bed!

The living areas are open on the first level.  Comfortable and tasteful furnishings in the living room and the updated kitchen have great appeal.  The living areas open to a large and shady deck area which has good, comfortable deck furniture and a BBQ.  Perfect for summer living.  There is also a bedroom and a bath as well as a separate den with a futon on the first floor. 

Upstairs there is an open area for lounging, reading or a separate play area for the children.  The master bedroom with a queen bed and a fourth bedroom with twin beds is also upstairs.  The second bathroom is upstairs.
