The beach front deck is suitable for lounging and dining.  There is a gas BBQ for those summer meals.  Inside there is a living area which has sliding doors out to the deck and the open "loft like" area which is the sleeping quarters.  There is a 1/2 bath on this level of the house.

On the entry level there is the kitchen and another sitting area.  There is a pull out couch in this living space. This Fire Island cottage is best suited to a couple wanting to experience the best of Fire Island Living.
