This beach house is just what you would want in a Fire Island summer cottage.  There is lots of natural light throughout the house.  The yard has large trees which afford just the right amount of shade.  The living area/dining area of the house is open with ample room for lounging, reading, TV watching and game playing.  The kitchen is clean and clutter free. 

There are two twin beds in bedrooms # 1 and # 2 and a set of bunks and a twin in the third bedroom.  Outdoor shower, BBQ, wagon, linens and towels, bikes, beach gear, games, TV, satellite service, pet friendly, ceiling fans.
