This Fire Island beach house is carefully maintained and perfect for a family summer vacation of fun. There is both a main house and a guest house. Features in the main house include: three bedrooms and a bath and half; hardwood floors and original wainscoting; living area with tumbled marble facade around a gas fireplace; enclosed front porch. The house enjoys a convenient location in the Village.
The guest cottage, set separately in the back, features two bedrooms and a half bath.
Bedroom # 1 in the main house on the first floor has a queen sized bed. The room is air conditioned. Upstairs there is a queen sized bed in bedroom # 2 and a set of twins in bedroom #3. These bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. The lucky summer tenants in the guest house will have one bedroom with a queen bed and the other bedroom with a set of twins. Lots of room for the whole family. The kids will love it.
