Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a sleeping porch which the kids will fight over.  The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, bedroom # 3 has a queen bed, bedroom # 4 has a set of bunks and the sleeping porch has a set of twin beds. 

There is air conditioning in three of the bedrooms.  The house comes with all linens and towels, a BBQ, TV and DVD/VCR, Satellite service,washer and dryer, bikes and a wagon.  What more do you need?  Not much.
