This spacious, contemporary beach house is conveniently located in the Village of Saltaire. The house has an open floor plan with the living, dining and kitchen areas light filled and spacious. The living areas all lead out to wrap around decks. The furnishings are fresh and comfortable. There is an island in the kitchen for casual dining.

The Village of Saltaire offers families summer camps for children, a playground, library, swimming and water activities at the bay beach and, what Fire Island is known for, the beaches. This house is located close to all of the best features of the village.

There are four bedrooms. The master bedroom and the second bedroom each have Queen sized beds.  Bedrooms  three and four each have a set of twin beds. Linens and towels, wagons, bicycles, washer and dryer, outdoor shower, beach gear and more.  Just bring a bathing suit!
