All on one level, there are three bedrooms and two baths as well as the required Fire Island outdoor shower. Each bedroom has a set of "captain's beds" which are twins that can be pushed together to make a King. The house is freshly painted and bright throughout.

The living/dining area is open out to the front deck. There is a pass through and bar open to the kitchen.

We see a lot of houses here on Fire Island....this cottage is clean, neat and simple.
