The main part of the house consists of the living/dining and kitchen area. The renovated kitchen has granite countertops and windows with lots of sunlight. The main part of the house is air conditioned. There are two bedrooms, one bedroom with a queen sized bed and one with a set of twin beds. There is also a bathroom in this area of the house.

The other section of the house has two more bedrooms and a bath. Bedroom #3 has a full sized bed and Bedroom # 4 has a set of twin beds. There are hardwood floors throughout this house.

The deck right outside the living area is a great spot to barbecue and dine while the roof deck offers sunny lounging throughout the season.
