Enjoy ocean breezes and ocean views from every room in this charming Fair Harbor Fire Island beach house. Located on a wonderful Fair Harbor ocean walk, this 3 BR, 1.5 bath cottage is immaculate. With decks on three sides, you can lounge, eat and relax all while looking at the ocean.

  Inside the house on the first floor there is a very sunny porch and living room. The kitchen area and bar are open to the living area. A dining area set in a bay is comfortable and looks right out to the ocean. There are windows and doors throughout the first floor assuring cool summer breezes and light as well as the the sounds of the ocean throughout the house.

  There are two bedrooms and a bath on the first floor. Bedroom  # 1 has a queen sized bed, Bedroom  #2 has a set of twin beds. On the second floor, an oversized bedroom, set up dormitory style, has two double beds and a twin. Lots of light and air come through the oversized second story windows. There is also a half bath on the second floor.

Fully equipped kitchen, gas grille, outdoor shower, bikes, wagon...just grab a bathing suit.
