This bay front Fair Harbor Fire Island beach cottage has all the ease and comfort you might like in a Fire Island rental. The house has a wrap around deck with seating and dining areas both bay front and in the private rear side of the house.

Inside the house, the living area is open to the kitchen and dining area. There are two bedrooms and a sleeping loft which the kids will fight over.

The location of this cottage is choice. Easy access to the ferry, the market, the bay beach and the play ground. Bedroom # 1 has a set of twin beds which can be pushed together to make a King.  Bedroom # 2 has a full sized bed.  The loft has two queen mattresses and an extra queen air bed for your children's friends who will want to stay over in the very cool loft. 

TV, satellite service, DSL, linens, towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, washer & dryer, ceiling fans, beach umbrella, gas grille, outdoor shower, wagon and four bikes. All you need is your bathing suit.
