     Enjoy stunning sunset views from this spacious, family friendly, summer house in Fair Harbor Fire Island. There are three decks in this house, two which overlook the bay and one, private deck for sunning and relaxing. You will never want to go inside and leave these views.  But if you do....

     The living area is a spacious open concept floor plan.  There is a breakfast bar, separate dining space and an all new kitchen with stainless steel appliances.  New upholstered furniture in the living room is comfortable and fresh.

     The Master Bedroom is on the first level with it's own full bath.  Upstairs there are three bedrooms and another full bath.  There is room for the entire family to sleep comfortably. The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed, Bedroom # 2 has a set of twin beds, Bedroom # 3 has a queen and Bedroom # 4 has three twin beds. 

     Bikes, wagon, gas barbecue grill, beach chairs, linens and towels, washer/dryer, outdoor shower...all you need is a bathing suit.
