The main living area is upstairs including the spacious family, dining and kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, glass tiles and an island assure that the cooks in the family will be part of what ever is going on in the house.The living area opens to a spacious deck where you can enjoy ocean breezes all day long. There is also a very private roof deck.
The four bedrooms, den and screend in porch are on the lower level of the house. There is a King sized bed in the master bedroom and a queen sized bed in the guest room. Bedroom # 3 has a set of twin beds and the fourth bedroom has a futon. There is a hot tub in the screened in porch. Bikes, wagon, BBQ, linens, towels, outdoor shower....this house has it all!
