 The rear deck, right off the kitchen, is very private and spacious with room for lounges and outdoor dining and a barbecue. The deck provides both sun and shade during the course of a day.

 Inside the house and on the first floor, there is a large living room with two new comfortable couches and chairs. Enjoy a large, flat screen, plasma TV with Satellite service. There is an eat in kitchen.

 Upstairs there are three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed. BR #2 has a double bed. BR# 3, the well thought out "dormitory room" has four single beds for children and/or the nanny.
