   The main living areas in this house are upstairs.  The bedrooms are downstairs in order to take advantage of the magnificent bay and sunset views. The main level consists of open living, dining, kitchen areas each of which is surrounded by glass doors leading out to a wrap around deck. Also on the main level is the large master bedroom and bath. There is an additional bath on the first floor.

   Three bedrooms and a Den/TV room and bath are on the first floor. All of the rooms are generously sized and lead out to additional decks.

MBR has a King Sized bed, BR #2 and BR # 3 have Queen sized beds and BR #4 has a set of bunk beds. House includes washer/dryer, barbecue grille, outdoor shower, beach chairs, beach umbrella, wagon and bicycles.
