Enjoy ocean views from decks on two sides of the house and in the interior living areas.  The living/dining/kitchen area is spacious.  Decks surround the living areas with direct ocean views from both the living and dining areas.  Sit in the sun all day on the deck and enjoy ocean breezes and the summer sky.  Sit on the deck and watch the stars and let the sounds of the ocean lull you to sleep. 

On the lower level there are five bedrooms with sleeping for fourteen people. Each bedroom has a full sized bed and one twin bed. This house offers views and comfort for a family summer vacation.

Gas barbecue, two TVs, satellite TV service, outdoor shower, linens and towels. Located  just steps to the beach yet a few minutes walk to the Kismet Inn and the Out and the ferry.
