This three bedroom, one bath Fair Harbor Fire Island beach cottage is just steps from the ocean yet convenient to everything in Fair Harbor including the bay beach, the market, the ice cream store and the ferry. This house is very well suited to a family with young children because it has all low level decks.

This house is fresh with cottage furnishings which you are sure to enjoy. The living area is open to the kitchen and dining area. It is a sunny, cheerful space with the amenities and comfort you would want in a vacation rental.
Bedroom # 1 and bedroom # 2 have full sized beds. Bedroom #3 has a set of twin beds. The house is fresh and light filled in a great Fair Harbor location.
Gas grill, beach chairs, ceiling fans, bicycles, wagon, linens and towels, Direct TV, dishwasher, out door shower, Hi Speed Internet access.
